You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item(s).
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear
- Returned with the original VFOUR security tag still attached
Important:
If the security tag is removed, the item becomes ineligible for return or exchange, no exceptions!
How to Return or Exchange
1. Email us at info@vfour.org with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. We’ll provide instructions for your return.
3. Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** and we’ll fix it quickly at no extra cost.
Merchandise Protection Policy
To protect the quality and authenticity of vfour products, every item is shipped with a security tag.
This tag must remain intact and attached for your item to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Once the tag is removed, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
This policy ensures all customers receive brand new, unworn items and helps protect against return fraud.
