SHIPPING INFO

  •  Orders placed from Monday - Saturday before 11AM GMT  will begin processing on same day, excluding bank holidays, and usually ship within 3-5 working days.

  • All orders placed after 11AM GMT will begin processing the next working day, excluding bank holidays.

  • Orders placed on Saturday after 11AM GMT  will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • All orders placed are tracked through Royal Mail.

REFUND POLICY 

  Contact us if you need to return an item via our email address or Contact Us page.

For online purchases, we operate an exchange or refund guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price. Shipping cost will not be refunded.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.

 

VFOUR LDN will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. - Caps and Socks not included.

SALE

BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT AN ITEM IN THE SALE -- ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO RETURNS AVAILABLE (Exchanges for other sizes/items and/or credit notes are welcome)

Please return your item, with its original tags, along with your order receipt. 

Please state on the order receipt your reason for return or exchange, and which item you want to exchange for.

 

INTERNATIONAL

For all international returns, please use a tracking service that allows you to track your return. Please also note that additional costs may apply when making an international return.

RETURN PROCESS

​Complete the returns form below, stating your details, order details and reason.

  • Send your completed return form to Romyromes@vfour.com.

  • After receiving your returns form we will contact you regarding an approval of return.

  • Return merchandise in condition received accompanied with its original tags and original packaging to the return address sent to you.

  • Upon receiving your returned merchandise, we will process a refund or an exchange.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

Refund could take up to 10 business days after receiving the merchandise at the return address. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. You will receive an email from us once refund has been processed. 
 

PLEASE NOTE

  • No refunds will not be accepted 14 days after receiving the order.

  • If an item has been purchased and it does not fit properly, we shall exchange the purchased item for a new item of the correct size. Customers are only permitted to one exchange per item. 

  • We do not offer free returns.

  • The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.

  • Merchandise marked damaged on returns form will require photographic evidence for approval.

  • Damaged merchandise will be rejected at discretion of VFOUR.
